Pump in Eos and Eos IR. Can the same femtosecond excitation (eg from an OPA) as the HELIOS be used?

In hybrid Helios-Eos (non IR) systems we configure Eos instrument to use the same pump as in Helios. For some samples it is important to keep the same excitation conditions when measuring response (and later ‘stiching’ together Helios and Eos surfaces) in fs-ps and ns-us time scales.

When Eos is used as a stand-alone instrument, a ns or a sub-ns laser can also be used as the pump. It need to be able to operate at 1 kHz reprate, preferably with the option of reducing the repetition rate (down to single shot) for extended time window operation (for measuring life times longer than 450us). We can supply such ns pump laser solutions with Eos.

In Eos IR, even when integrated with Helios IR, a separate ns laser needs to be used for exciting the sample.
