In the data acquisition software we get, as an output file, the difference between the absorbance with and without the pump pulse present. Is it possible to access the two measured sets of data before they are subtracted?

There is an option to save ‘raw data’ in the current Helios software. It is the measured spectra prior to the calculation of the delta A. That will produce two additional files with the ‘pump on’ and ‘pump off’ data sets.
